Lightyear Wireless - The Perfect Storm
The perfect storm is HERE! Finally, there is a Wireless Company that allows YOU to participate in the fastest growing industry in the U.S. (Wireless). How many people do you know who have a cell phone? Do you think half of those people would like to get paid when they pay their cell phone bill? Since 1993, wireless customers have grown from 33 million to 270 million today and they are estimating that there will be as many active cell phones as people in America by 2013.
Lightyear Wireless is simply showing customers how to continue using the very product they use every single day, but in a very unique way. Earn a check or allow your friend or someone you know to earn a check, every time you pay a bill you are ALREADY paying today. Check out these incredible statistics below:
Amazing Statistics:
1. www.ctia.org currently estimates that 270,650,094 million customers in the U.S. today have wireless service.
2. www.dsa.org currently estimates that 15 million people in the U.S. participate in Direct Selling Companies generating over $30 billion dollars in consumer spending each year.
If everyone is looking for ways to make additional money, why are they not participating in Direct Selling Companies? GREAT ?.
I will give YOU two reasons! 1st) Most Direct Selling Companies are Luxury Based Companies. You can buy a product from them for $10 and get a similar product at Walmart for $2 OR 2nd) They are Niche Product Companies. Some people like to take Vitamins, some people do not like to take Vitamins. Some people like to Travel, some people do not like to Travel. Some people like to drink healthy drinks, someone people do not like to drink healthy drinks.
Is it fair to say that everyone uses cell phones? 270 million Americans can relate to what we are talking to them about NOW (Wireless). The last time something like this happened was in the 90s. A company out of Texas showed people how to get paid when they made a long distance phone call. That company started in 1987 and in 1992, they had 5,000 Representatives across the U.S. Between 1992 and 1995 that 5,000 grew to over 1 million and the company grew to $1 Billion faster than Microsoft.
Why? Because it was simple. Everyone in the 90s used Long Distance and they did not have to learn how to make a long distance phone call. Most importantly, no one had to convince them WHY they needed to make a long distance call.
Does that sound familiar? Do you use Wireless? Do we need to teach you how to use Wireless? Do we need to convince you WHY you need Wireless? If you woke up this morning with enough money in your pocket to pay your Electric Bill or your Wireless Bill, which would you pay?
If this product is SO important to everyone and it is one of the LAST bills they will not pay, would you say it is a NECCESSITY?
The perfect product! The perfect time in our economy to show someone a way to earn on something they are already spending money on AND show them a way to leverage other peoples time and other peoples efforts! The perfect marketing plan that not only pays you for what you do, but also pays you for helping others! And FINALLY for most of us, a once in a life-time opportunity to BE FIRST!
Lightyear Wireless is the FIRST Company to launch its very own Wireless Service in the Direct Selling Industry! Lightyear Wireless is the FIRST and ONLY company doing this today! YOU are the FIRST person you know that knows this opportunity is possible!
You are the LEADERS of this Revolution. Many others will join because of YOU. Thanks for paving the way. Some will! Some will not! WE WILL and that is what will make us a household name. If you build it THEY will come. If someone chooses not to come, their people WILL. 2009 will become the year when Lightyear Wireless becomes a household name! Thanks for all you do!

Ten Ways to Reduce Stress
Stress is one of the surest killers of your health and time. People that are able to handle the stress of working for themselves are ten steps ahead of the game. Here are listed ten ways to be able to reduce stress.
1. Understand that you have some measure of control over your own life. People who sit around feeling like victims will never be able to reduce stress because they don’t know they can. Take Action.
2. Make choices to make stress manageable and learn how to think in a positive way. Abraham Lincoln said: “A man is about as happy as he makes up his mind to be.” Take responsibility for your own life.
3. Make changes in your life, and in your daily routine.
4. Keep all elements of your being healthy - Spiritual, physical and emotional. If more stress comes along you’ll have some breathing room.
5. Set attainable goals and make practical choices about your life. Stop being a perfectionist. Be realistic. If you continually set unattainable goals, you’re creating your own stress.
6. Evaluate and identify the source of stress. Then minimize or eliminate the stresses. If you know that every time you see your sister it drives you crazy, you have to choose either to resolve whatever dificulties you have or stop seeing her.
7. Practice things like reducing your debt. Many marriages fail because of fights over money. If your stressed because of finances, get some financial counsiling and learn how to get out of trouble.
8. Take time out to play. do something fun with friends or a crossword puzzle by yourself. Act silly with your grandchildren. Read a book. Play and stress don’t easily coexist.
9. Learn to say “no” and stop over-committing yourself. There are only 24 hours in a day. If you’ve committed yourself to do too much, you’ll be so stressed that you can’t finnish. The only way to stop over-committing yourself is to know what you’re really committed to.
10. Don’t be afraid to seek emotional support from family and friends.
These tips come from Connie Neal, Author of 52 ways to reduce stress in your life.
Motivation for Home Workers
Allan Cohen wrote some tips that I read recently. He says that you should “Convince yourself that you’re truely ‘going to work’ by establishing an early-morning routine similar to that of someone who works for a company. Helpful: Get up at a normal workday hour, dress in sharp business clothes… set asside a certain time to arrive in your home office to begin the day. Also: It may help to get in your car and drive around the block so you feel as if you’ve ‘arrived’ at the office.”
I like most of these thoughts, but some of them seem silly. A friend of mine laughed when he read the last line about driving around the block. But, if that is what it takes to get yourself into the right state of mind to work from home, then do it. Reutines are deffinately important.
Personally, I only dress in nice business attire when I am going out to meet with people or do other things outside my home office. This is one of the beautifull things about working from home, you can wear whatever you want.
How to Better Organize Your Home Office
When working from home you need your own space to work out of. Once you have that office space set up in your home you need to make sure it stays organized. This is very hard for some of us to do, keep it clean. Better organization is key to keeping an office that is conducive to efficient work in your home.
Here are a few good suggestions to keep things clear for you. First of all, Keep only those office supplies that you use constantly on top of your desk. Store the rest of your supplies in a nearby drawer or closet. Store extra or infreaquently used supplies somewhere else. This will keep a lot of the clutter off your work space.
Another problem some people who work from home have is magazines. Magazines can stack up and stay around for a long time if we don’t do something about them. One option is to scan a magazine first and tear out any articles that you want to read. These article pages can be filed easily in a drawer and the rest of the magazine can be thrown out. The good articles can then be read when you have time later without making a big mess.
One last tip is to simply schedual one hour per week to straighten up your office. Keep to this and you will see results in your workspace.
If you keep to these tips you can have a much more productive office in your home. Working your own business from home is the best way to have the freedom to do what you want to do. If you want more information about working from home you can call my direct office line 1(877)779-4760.
Recipe for Effective Leadership
Leadership in business is very important. Effective leadership is essential. There are a few things that can be done to develop this effective leadership. Robert Mittelstaedt, Jr. explained it as a “recipe for effective leadership.”
Work with your team to develop an understanding of what is really important. Say what’s important in three sentences or less - and live it through daily actions and reinforcements. Support your team as it thinks of new ways to get that job done. Be patient - it may take several years before people realize you take this approach seriously. Caution: Don’t become so involved in big picture thinking that you don’t see the details.
Follow this simple recipe and you too can be an effective leader.

Creating the Business of Your Dreams Begins With You
by John Meatte
First of all, this isn’t about you chasing the perfect business, it’s about helping you create one, from the inside out. It all begins with you, with your dreams, with your vision of what you already know is possible for yourself. At some level of consciousness, you know there’s an entrepreneur inside just waiting to be discovered. How do you go about finding them and nourishing them?
Everything starts with an idea, a dream or an aspiration. How astounding that the ideas that you have are not much different than the ideas that have helped shape the world. What’s your dream? Where would you like to be in 5, 10, 15 years? Perhaps you’d like to retire from your current business, travel or spend more time with your family. Maybe you’d like to pay off your mortgage and vehicle or simply have a little extra spending money.
Are you stuck in a business you hate, not earning the money you know you deserve to be making? Do you wake up each day and look forward to the end of the workday? Where’s the excitement? Where’s the satisfaction? There’s got to be more to life than working at a business that’s not fulfilling. Your dream business is out there waiting for you. Once you take the first step to making it a reality in your life, you’ll wonder why you waited so long to get started.
I should know. Just a few years ago, I was stuck in a business I hated. Disappointed in the money I was making and miserable because I was spending all of my time trying to make it successful. Sometimes no matter how much time and energy you put into a business, it is doomed to failure. Without the proper tools to help the business be a success, it will fail.
Recently, I discovered a business building system that showed me how to build a successful business based on me. It’s a system that allows me to take the power I have as an individual, and put it together with a logical plan. My life and business are completely transformed and now I have plenty of time for my lifestyle. Being disabled, that’s quite a feat for me. I now have time to concentrate on my life and my family after I take care of business. I’m happier and enjoy more freedom now than I did for years in my previous job or other business ventures.
A good business building system should help you realize what you have, the things that make you special and unique. It should show you how to build a life and a business based on you. If your business isn’t built around you and your needs, then it’s not much different than working for someone else. Working for someone else defeats the purpose starting your own business.
The solution is to create a business that will work for you and your life. Maintaining balance between your life and your business is the essential ingredient. Add to that, a mixture of vision and passion and you’ve got a recipe for success. Any business venture, whether it’s a home business or brick-and-mortar business, requires hard work and dedication to make it work properly.

Courage That Changes Your Life
by Chris Widener
The scars you acquire while exercising courage will never make you feel inferior. D.A. Battista
Courage is fear that has said its prayers. Dorothy Bernard
Courage. It is a word that conjures up images of great and dramatic actions. And yet I realize that we all have the opportunity to be courageous every day, in small and large ways. And it is when we choose to be courageous that we change our lives and the lives of those around us.
Can you name anything of any significance that did not emanate from some sort of courageous decision? I cant. Think of the changes that we have experienced in the last few decades and trace them back to
their initial decision. Chances are, someone exhibited courage. So what is courage? It is simply acting on what we want to do, regardless of any fear we may have. It is the choice to disregard worry. It is the choice to do right, to pursue our dreams, to be successful people, to lead the way for others.
Courage changes lives. Yes, it changes lives.
First, the day you begin to stare down your fears and worries, and instead act courageously, your life will change. You will be set free to fly like you never have before. You will accomplish things you once only dreamed of. You will experience things you thought were only for others the courageous ones. You will realize that your fears were baseless and just paper tigers, a mirage. You will begin to live your dreams. You will become a person of character!
You will also change the lives of others. Simply put, courageous people pull others along with them. Everybody benefits from courageous people. I have a friend who I admire greatly. A little over a year ago he decided to leave a lucrative career and pursue a dream. All obstacles were thrown his way. The day he left his
company, he found out that his wife had cancer. He went into a great deal of debt to finance his dream. He raised millions of dollars, putting his name and reputation on the line. He acted courageously. A year later, he has over fifty employees and growing monthly. Those employees are reaping the benefit of his courage!
And his wife, who beat cancer, is acting courageously with him!
Here are some quick tips for acting courageously:
Know what you want.
Courage is about choice. If you are to act courageously, you need to know what the right choice is. Be clear about your dream and vision.
Do not worry.
I heard recently that worry is the wrong use of the imagination. That is perhaps the best definition I have ever heard. Worry is just thinking about all of the bad possibilities, isnt it? Well, courage is just thinking about all the great possibilities and then acting upon them!
Do your homework.
It helps to get the facts. It helps because then you can make an informed decision that will put your heart and mind to rest. There will probably be a downside but we understand it, choose alternatives, and act decisively instead of those.
Act.
There is no substitute for the first step. Do you know what you want? Have you thought of the possibilities? Have you done your homework? Then what are you waiting for? The next step is to take the first step, and ACT!
Are You Using These 5 Strategic Principles from the Science of Getting Rich?
Although James Allen’s book, “As a Man Thinketh” is probably the first classic on the topic of changing your thoughts to change your life, it really is a hard read. There’s not really any practical advice in it to show you how to get what you want out of life.
On the other hand, “The Science of Getting Rich” is full of gems to help you understand how to achieve the life you want. When you understand these principles, you will take the right kind of action to achieve your dreams.
1. Getting rich is the result of following certain principles, nothing more.
Did you ever notice how the universe works on certain scientific principles? We can depend on the laws of physics. They work the same way every time. The principles behind getting rich and achieving the life you want work on certain scientific principles too.
These include knowing what you want (your dream), believing you can achieve your dream and then taking the appropriate actions to reach your dream.
2. God wants you to have abundance, not poverty.
I grew up in the Baptist church. Lots of hell fire and brimstone there. The problem is that those teachings are for non believers. Once you get saved, they no longer apply. If you think you have die first to be happy, then you need to read the Bible because that definitely isn’t what it says.
When God created Adam and Eve, He put them in a beautiful garden. Everything was perfect. There was plenty of everything. Adam and Eve were going to live forever, and they would enjoy a face to face relationship with God. That hardly sounds like a god who wants you to be miserable.
3. There is more than enough for everyone.
There weren’t as many people around when Wallace Wattles lived, but one thing hasn’t changed: there’s more than enough resources on Earth to support everyone. In fact, the Earth has the capacity to support around 50 - 60 billion people. Even if you add up all of the people who have ever lived, that’s only a fraction of what the Earth can support.
That’s why it’s not necessary to compete with others to achieve what you want.
4. To achieve abundance, you must satisfy the mind, body, and soul.
Have you ever noticed how Hollywood stars seem to have everything, but they’re miserable? In fact, a lot of people who have a lot of money are miserable. Have you ever wondered why?
It’s because their lives are out of balance. Money will only satisfy the physical needs. It won’t satisfy all of our other needs: health, relationships, the need to be loved. When you acquire monetary wealth, as well as enrich all of the other areas of your life, you will be happy. Understand that money is a tool to help achieve what you want in life. It isn’t something to be worshipped or acquired to make us feel better about ourselves.
5. Success in life is becoming what you want to be.
This is the ultimate success. When you have the career you want, the type of relationships you want, the bank account you want, you are achieving in the physical what you want to be. Success in life is far more though. It’s a satisfaction of knowing you have achieved your full potential.
Let me caution you though, don’t wait until you have achieved everything you want before you allow yourself to enjoy your life. Enjoy it now. Most of the things we want in life we probably already have and just take for granted.
Ultimately, having the life you want is about hope. As Wallace Wattles says, “The world is not going to the devil; it is going to God. It is wonderful Becoming.”
It’s all about going for it, having the faith to believe and then the willingness to do what it takes to make our dreams become real.

You’re the Opener and Your Card is the Closer
When you open a book the two most important parts of it are at the very beginning and the very end. If the beginning of the book isn’t good, if it doesn’t hook you right away, what are the odds that you’re going to continue reading through the rest of it? The book has to give you a reason to care first.
The end of the book is the final impression it makes on you. What might’ve started out as a great read will be viewed poorly if you simply hate the ending. Sure, the middle of the book is important, but it doesn’t have the same high standards applied to it that the beginning and end do.
These same principles can easily be applied to a sales pitch. Except in this scenario you personally are the opening of the book, and your custom business cards are the closer.
When you first start talking to someone it’s going to be completely about you. Whether or not they feel like listening to the rest of what you have to say is going to be dependent upon whether or not they like what you have to say. You have no marketing material to help you out when you first start speaking to them. You don’t even really having selling points yet. This is completely about you and how you first introduce yourself to them.
The weaker your introduction is the greater the chances are that they won’t bother to care about anything else you say.
Your custom business cards are likely to be the last thing you hand to them. This is the end of your first meeting with a person, and the last thing they will see in connection to you. That’s why you need to make sure that your business cards are as effective as they can be.
You have to give them something interesting, something memorable, and by doing so you’ll help to improve the image they have of you and be sure that they’ll remember you months down the line.
Just like with a novel, the middle of it is still important. You still need to look knowledgeable and know what you’re talking about, but nothing will change how important that first look and last look is. I’d say this is even more important when it comes to the business card because they’re literally keeping it with them. This is their souvenir from their conversation with you.
When you get your business cards printed ask yourself how well they’ll be able to close the sale and get a person interested in you. It’s up to you to hand them something that builds upon the good impression you’ve already been making, and ensures they never forget who you are.
